Job Description

Support in managing employee records and contracts.
Assist in payroll management and its implementation.
Coordinate and provide support in HR related duties such as audits, recruitment and induction.
Support in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Support in onboarding staff members in administration and HR procedures, as well as in the exit process.

Academic Qualification and other Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Business Administration
Demonstrated work experience of at least 2-3 years
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in computer skills including MS Word, Excel, etc.
Ability to handle sensitive information tactfully and communicate effectively.
Should have a Nepali Citizenship
