Job Description

  • Align, implement and measure the formulated plans and problem solving if necessary
  • Ensure all operations are carried on in and appropriate, cost effective way
  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Providing counseling on policies and procedures
  • Maintaining attendance log, preparing budgets and payroll management
  • Employee recruitment and retention
  • Develop training and development program
  • Performance management, review and grievance handling
  • Maintaining and managing employee database
  • Manage office supplies stock,negotiate with vendors and place orders
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Managing company's asset, keeping records, repair and maintenance
  • Ensure all operations are carried on in and appropriate, cost effective way
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
  • Providing general adminsitrative and HR support
