Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems

Maintaining attendance log, preparing budgets and payroll management
Employee recruitment and retention
Develop a training and development program
Performance management, review and grievance handling
Maintaining and managing the employee database
Manage office supplies stock, negotiate with vendors and place orders
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
Managing company's assets, keeping records, repair and maintenance
