  • Bachelor degree in HR and 3-year experience in related field
  • Graduate in Management or equivalent from a recognized university preferred

Job Description

  • Implementation of HR systems
  • Recruitment of staffs as per the requirement
  • Keep track of monthly attendance sheet, maintain employee's leave records and OT in daily basis
  • Ensuring accurate and proper record keeping of employee information
  • Involve in the performance appraisal of  Employees in coordination with supervisors and HOD
  • Analyzing training need in conjunction with department manager and supervisors
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issue
  • Develop HR planning strategy, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements
  • Administrate the day-to-day activities of the office and documentation.
