Job Description

  • Manage and inspect the daily working schedules of employees (i.e. Attendance, punctuality, leave, performance, dress codes)
  • Assisting departments with their recruitment needs through contacts with agencies/ advertisers
  • Maintain and implement the HR policies into action
  • Manage proper working environment and enhance employee motivation
  • Regulate and maintain work ethics in the workplace
  • Maintain and update personal files of all staffs
  • Maintains legal files of the company (i.e brand registration, company registration, liscence and approval letters etc.)
  • Conduct performance appraisals, training and development programs
