Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills.

Job Description

Maintaining the HR profiles of all employees, and creating logs of activities of each employee (attendance, Leave Records, daily reporting etc.);
Plan and organize the events for team building, recreation and personalized events;
Assist Finance Officer and Finance-Admin Director to maintain the documentations of administrative processes;
Devise and implement the grievance handling mechanism for all the team members;
Documenting the HR and Admin Processes including payroll processing, banking, taxation etc.;
Communicate with vendors and suppliers for procuring goods and services for office use and projects;
Organize and maintain a proper documentation system;
Maintain asset records and proper coding of assets;
Facilitate office repair and maintenance works; and,
Handle petty cash.
