  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in BBA or related field; 
  • At least one year of working experience in non-profit organization is preferred; 
  • Should have proficiency of using MS office package;
  • Ability to adapt and learn new software, ERP; 
  • Accounting knowledge is preferred;
  • Sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus; and,
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills. 

Job Description

  • Maintaining the HR profiles of all employees, and creating logs of activities of each employee (attendance, Leave Records, daily reporting etc.); 
  • Plan and organize the events for team building, recreation and personalized events; 
  • Assist Finance Officer and Finance-Admin Director to maintain the documentations of administrative processes;
  • Devise and implement the grievance handling mechanism for all the team members;
  • Documenting the HR and Admin Processes including payroll processing, banking, taxation etc.;
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers for procuring goods and services for office use and projects;
  • Organize and maintain a proper documentation system;
  • Maintain asset records and proper coding of assets;
  • Facilitate office repair and maintenance works; and,
  • Handle petty cash.
