Job Description

HR Policies and Systems:

  • Support the implementation of HR policies and systems.
  • Provide employee counseling on HR procedures and company policies.
  • Communicate policy changes and company updates to staff.
  • Keep employees informed on relevant current affairs.

Employee Database Management:

  • Maintain and update employee records and databases.
  • HRIS update including employee database, attendance and leave. 
  • Ensure legal compliance in all HR practices. 

Recruitment Process:

  • Manage and assist in recruitment processes including job postings, conducting phone interviews, and hiring.
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Draft Job descriptions and maintain proper digital/physical data of job descriptions.

International Travels and Trainings:

  • Coordinate training programs and prepare related agreements or bonds.
  • Oversee international travel and training arrangements and costs.

Performance Management

  • Assist with performance management and employee relations issues.

HR event and expenses management:

  • Handle petty cash for HR-related expenses.
  • Support employee engagement through various initiatives and activities.
  • Organize training sessions and office events.

Office Setups and relocations:

  • Coordinate office setups and relocations with the necessary departments
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
