Job Description

Due to Company growth, we are we are actively seeking an experienced Manager, HR & Administration & HR to join our team in Nepal.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Manager, HR /TA & Administration 

Human Resource and Talent Acquisition Roles
Roles include but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage all aspects of the hiring/onboarding process in coordination with candidates and facilitate New Hire Orientation meetings for Nepal Office and support US HR/TA team as necessary 
  • Serve as an employee and management coach / mentor and career development leader, facilitating optimal opportunities for staff growth
  • Provide daily support to employees related to HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Manage Staff / Human resource - JDs, Salaries and Contracts - database on Hardcopy, Softcopy 
  • Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends in compensation and benefits, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law – and work with senior management to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically
  • Monitor compensation and ensure internal equity & compliance and benefits are met
  • Annually review the Employee Handbook recommending amendments needed due to changes in local conditions or labor laws
  • Lead and oversee the performance review program

Administration Roles
Roles include but are not limited to the following:

  • Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, lawyers, suppliers, government authorities and ensure compliance
  • Take leading role in the management functions of the company
  • Preparation and overseeing the records of Provident Fund and Gratuity of employees, Employee Tax Records
  • Managing and overseeing the Attendance, Leave and Overtime records of the company
  • Ensuring that the organizational policies are duly followed (Procurement, Finance, IT)
  • Inquiring and overseeing the requirements of the company: Inventories, Assets, Office  Supplies – and keeping records of them
  • Overseeing and managing the creation of employee ID, CIT Account, Payroll Account of the employees
  • Directing and supervising subordinate staffs and outsourced staffs 
  • Taking lead of the safety protocols of the company, ensuring that the equipment of the company is correctly utilized – viz. Elevators, Inverters, Vehicles, Computers, First Aids, Fire Extinguishers etc.) 
  • Support, guide and oversee office administration department on regular basis and ensure its smooth flow in office.
