Align, implement and measure the formulated plans and problem solving if necessary
Ensure all operations are carried on in and appropriate, cost effective way
Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Providing counseliing on policies and procedures
Maintaining attendance log, preparing budgets and payroll management
Employee recruitment and retention
Develop training and development program
Performance management, review and greivance handling
Maintaining and managing employee database
Manage office supplies stock,negotiate with vendors and place orders
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
Managing company's asset, keeping records, repair and maintenance
