  • At least Bachelor’s degree, BBA/BBS with specialization in Human Resources Management preferred.
  • Experience in human resources or related fields.
  • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
  • Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy. 
  • Good understanding of labor legislation, rules regulations, and acts.
  • Effective written communications skills (both Nepali and English) including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies, and procedures in Nepali.
  • Candidates with Excel knowledge, data preparation, and analysis are highly recommended
  • Must have a 2-wheeler valid license

Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives, and procedures across the organization
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Support current and future company needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
  • Preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures in compliance with company rules. Maintain and update the HR manual periodically.
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Work closely with other department heads and functional managers in their communication, feedback-providing process, and recognition programs, involving the employees who report to them.
  • Conducting regular HR audits; scheduling periodic meetings with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and taking necessary disciplinary actions as per Labor Act.
  • Issue Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters, Disciplinary Letters, Salary Revision Letters, etc.
  • Assisting the HR head in preparing, and monitoring Financial budget and Manpower budgets annually.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Carrying out all necessary administrative duties.
