  • Know-how of Nepali Music Artist and Music Company
  • Should have at least 1 year of working experience (Higher experienced preferable)
  • Knowledge of Advance Excel (Preferable)
  • Skill of Nepali Typing (Preferable)
  • Good communication and understanding skill, fluency in English speaking and typing
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Job Description

  • Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies and coordinating for maintenance issues
  • Coordinating with subordinates for ensuring the cleanliness of office premises
  • Coordinating with different suppliers for quotations as per need and forward it to Senior for approval
  • Coordinating with recruiting agencies for vacancy publish according to need of the organization
  • Scheduling job interviews and contacting candidates for interview
  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and reporting
  • Updating attendance and leave records for payroll and coordinating for approval and forwarding it to relevant section
  • Assisting Senior for drafting official letters
  • Reporting to the Senior
  • Scheduling meetings and event management
  • Carrying on the jobs as assigned by the company
