Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies and coordinating for maintenance issues
Coordinating with subordinates for ensuring the cleanliness of office premises
Coordinating with different suppliers for quotations as per need and forward it to Senior for approval
Coordinating with recruiting agencies for vacancy publish according to need of the organization
Scheduling job interviews and contacting candidates for interview
Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and reporting
Updating attendance and leave records for payroll and coordinating for approval and forwarding it to relevant section
Assisting Senior for drafting official letters
Reporting to the Senior
Scheduling meetings and event management
Carrying on the jobs as assigned by the company

Good communication and understanding skill, fluency in English speaking and typing
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
