Job Description

  • Review, update and implementation of HR policies to ensure alignment with organisation standards, local labor laws and market practices
  • Responsible for entire HR functions: Recruitment, on boarding, Induction, Grievances, Employee engagement.
  • Review, develop and implement effective employee performance management system/ tools and train / provide advice and support to the executive director on evaluating performance, addressing performance issues and giving feedback and recognition to staff
  • Review salary structure, pay policies, employee benefit programs, and employee recognition initiatives to attract and retain high-quality employees
  • Address employee relations issues and investigate issues related to discipline and grievance
  • Frequent store visit, supervise store maintenance and cleanliness.
  • Maintain the HR files such as employee personal files, recruitment file, PF related documents
  • Nurture a positive working environment and define employee relations practices necessary to promote a high level of employee morale, engagement, and motivation
  • Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
  • Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
  • Other relevant tasks as deemed necessary for the role.
