Balmiki International School is looking for an experienced and motivated candidate to join our team as HR & Admin Head. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the HR and administrative functions of the school.We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated and experienced team members to join our reputed school.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR and administrative policies and procedures in accordance with the School & Colleges industry standards.
Manage recruitment, selection and onboarding processes.
Oversee payroll and benefits administration.
Develop and maintain employee relations and engagement initiatives.
Manage employee performance and disciplinary processes.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, including facilities management.
Ensure compliance with government regulations and laws.
