Job Description

  • Leading the development and execution of short term and long-term HR & Operational  strategies, with the goal of increasing all stakeholder value
  • Creating, communicating, and implementing the organization's vision, mission, and overall direction with respect to HR and Operations
  • Soliciting advice and guidance, when appropriate, from CEO & Board of Directors
  • Drafting, Evaluating and implementing Organization’s HR Policy, Financial Administrative Policy and other required policy
  • Overseeing the HR and Administrative functions of the  organization in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans
  • Coordinating in developing various innovative procedures, policies and practices
  • Establishing and running an effective HR & Admin System of the organization  
  • Leading the HR Admin Department of the organization
  • Communicating, on behalf of the organization, with shareholders, government entities, and the public whenever required
  • Ensuring that the organization complies with related rules and regulations of government and maintains high social responsibility wherever it does business
  • Assessing operational and fraud risks to the organization and ensuring they are monitored and minimized
