Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

IEC College of Art and Fashion is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin Coordinator to support our Human Resources and Administrative operations. The ideal candidate will handle a broad range of responsibilities including recruitment support, employee relations, documentation, and day-to-day administrative coordination within the institution.

Responsibilities:

Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
Monitor attendance and leave records of staff
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks
Manage performance evaluations and disciplinary procedures
Develop and implement HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and development
Organize and conduct training sessions for staff on various topics
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues
Manage payroll and benefits administration
Maintain a healthy work environment by organizing team building activities and events

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and administrative coordination
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, labor laws, and regulations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
