Scope of work:
Under the direct supervision of the Executive Director and in coordination with the Chairman/Managing Director, HR and Admin Assistant will provide HR and administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, and the incumbent will perform the below appended functions:
Administrative Functions:
- Cover reception desks, provide information by answering questions and requests
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain contact lists of all stakeholders and manages correspondences with them
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, e-mails and forms
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Assists in developing inventory system and updating records
- Book travel arrangements, meeting halls as and when required
- Takes minutes of the meetings and circulate to the concerned stakeholders
- Provide general support to visitors and clients.
- Carry out administrative duties such as developing filing system, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Follow-up and/or directly visit the to recover the debts
HR Functions:
- Supports human resources processes by administering tests, scheduling appointments, conducting orientation, maintaining records and information
- Substantiates applicants’ skills by administering and scoring tests
- Schedules examinations by coordinating appointments
- Maintain HR files and records including attendance records
- Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information
- Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards
- Perform other duties as per the need and assigned to competencies

Additional Assets:- At least three (3) years of work experience with exposure to relevant human resources/administrative position(s) in a government, international organization and/or private sector
- Good English language skills (both written and verbal)
- Motorbike/scooter riding skill with driving license
