Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR/Admin Assistant to join our team at Bhuvaneshwori Satyal Foundation. The ideal candidate should have a BBS, BBA, or equivalent degree and prior experience working in the NGO/INGO/Development Projects industry. This position will play a crucial role in supporting our HR and administrative functions, ensuring the smooth operation and effectiveness of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all necessary paperwork is complete and accurate.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation and processing new hire paperwork.
  • Assist in arranging and coordinating training programs for staff.
  • Keep track of employee leave and attendance records.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including answering phones, managing emails, and organizing schedules.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating organizational policies and procedures.
  • Manage procurement processes, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and tracking purchase orders.
  • Support the finance department by maintaining financial records and processing invoices.
  • Maintain and update the organization's database and filing system.
