Job Description

Taleju Boutique Hotel is seeking a reliable and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in housekeeping or a related field, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Supervise and manage the daily activities of the housekeeping staff, including room attendants, laundry attendants, and public area cleaners.
Coordinate and assign tasks to ensure efficient room cleaning, linen and towel changing, and replenishment of amenities.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to maintain high cleanliness standards.
Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Ensure adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and front office, to address guest requests and resolve any issues.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities.
Assist in the preparation of housekeeping budgets and participate in cost control initiatives.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to the housekeeping team.
Stay updated on industry trends, new cleaning techniques, and technologies.
