• To work with children and adolescence girls at Unatti home
  
• To support children in their study
  
• School visit as the guardian of children
  
• To plan and conducted activities as per the need of children
  
• To conduct workshop and training for children and in community
  
• To conduct group activity and an individual session with the children
  
• To monitor activities of Unatti Child Club and support them in their activities
  
• To prepare profile, case study and reports of the activities conducted
  
• To prepare monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual reports
  
• To visit the families of children and work with them 
  
• To conduct awareness program in community
