Reports To: Primary reporting line is to the Head of Epikurean by Louis T Collection. Secondary reporting line is to Managing Director, ELTC

key Responsibilities:

• Create and establish the property on defined target markets, business management and  develop and fulfill the defined business plan at a hotel & company level. 
• Design effective and successful sales, pricing, distributions and yielding strategies to achieve  and enhance profitability. 
• Create, maintain and encourage excellent public and associate relations. 
• Prepares financial reports for management that clearly explain operational effectiveness,  trends and variances. 
• Establishes and maintains a proactive talent management function to ensure employee  motivation, training and development, wage and benefits administration, and compliance with  established labor regulation and budget guidelines. 
• Establish a proactive approach to the selling, marketing and merchandising of the full  portfolio of activities throughout the hotel. 
• Work in partnership and develop a close relationship with owners and asset managers.
• Ensures good safety practices of associates and guests, assisting in the maintenance of proper  emergency and security procedures. 
• Establishes and maintains applicable preventive maintenance programs to protect the  physical assets of the hotel.
