Job Description

  • Greet guests and provide them with a warm and friendly welcome 
  • Assist guests with inquiries and requests 
  • Ensure guests feel comfortable and welcome at all times 
  • Monitor the entrance of the hotel and ensure that only authorized personnel enter 
  • Ensure that all guests are properly seated in the restaurant 
  • Assist with seating arrangements for large parties 
  • Assist with the preparation of the restaurant for service 
  • Assist with the cleaning and resetting of tables 
  • Maintain a neat and organized work area 
  • Assist with other duties as assigned
