Job Description

  • Manage and plan worker accommodations as per repatriation and arrival
  • Plan and reshuffle the hostel vacant bed/occupancy
  • Plan and issue PR/Order hostel equipment/basic items for female hostel
  • Update hostel occupancy name list with pictures for all zones
  • Manage and liaise with interest, mini market
  • Manage and submit revenue to finance department
  • Conduct workers leaders meeting on hostel issues monthly basis
  • Issue clinic chit and handle sick workers, liaise with male warden to send worker to clinic
  • Conduct activities: cleaning drain, wash blanket and bed sheet, shoes and socks
  • Conduct spot check: cleanliness, toilet blockage, bicycle tag, usage of electricity
  • Patrolling at hostel area during hot hours(morning shift)and during shift change hours
  • Attend to workers issue at hostel: fighting and rubbery, emergency/death cases
  • Issue MRF for hostel and monitor the repair work and declare
  • Declare job done picture of hostel spot check by HOD, nightspot checker, TS, KM and HR staff
  • Conduct census for all dorms
  • Received female hostel basic items from suppliers
  • Feedback/ reply email on absent/run away / sick workers as request by HR staff
  • Prepare bicycle tag/locker tag for workers
  • Liaise with the main team regarding improvement of hostel facilities
  • Assist factory in audit requirement
