Position: HOSTEL WARDEN

We seek an outstanding educational leader (not a traditional caretaker) for our progressive English-medium school hostel housing 100+ students.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related fields.
Proven residential management experience with verified references.
Strong English command, digital literacy, and modern progressive mindset.
Deep expertise in child safeguarding, adolescent behavior, and emergency response.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage student safety, holistic welfare, positive discipline, daily operations, hygiene, staff, and stakeholder communication.
