Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and compassionate Hostel Warden for Boys Hostel to manage day-to-day operations of the hostel, ensure the safety and well-being of residents, and maintain a positive and secure living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor the overall functioning of the hostel
Ensure discipline and adherence to hostel rules by all residents
Handle administrative duties such as attendance, room allocation, and maintenance requests
Provide support and guidance to students/residents as needed
Coordinate with management for hostel supplies, repairs, and emergencies
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the hostel premises
Act as the point of contact for parents/guardians in case of emergencies
Ensure safety, security, and welfare of all hostel residents

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Minimum Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience in educational and administrative tasks within a school setting.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software.
Flexibility and availability to work evening and weekend shifts if needed.
