About the job

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hostel Warden at REGENT RESIDENTIAL SCHOOL located in Kathmandu. The Hostel Warden will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hostel, ensuring the safety and well-being of the students, maintaining discipline and order in the hostel, managing hostel facilities, and supervising hostel staff. The Hostel Warden will also be responsible for maintaining communication with parents, organizing and coordinating hostel activities, and resolving any issues or concerns related to the hostel.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to maintain discipline and enforce rules
Experience in managing and supervising staff
Knowledge of safety and security protocols
Ability to handle emergencies and resolve conflicts
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to build positive relationships with students and parents
Experience in an educational or hostel setting is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
