Human Resource Manager

Hotel Ichchha, a premier 5-star luxury destination situated in Simara with a dedicated team of over 100 staff members, is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and people-oriented Human Resource Manager to lead our human capital initiatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle for our workforce of over 100 professionals. You will champion our organizational culture, foster a positive and productive working environment, and ensure robust HR systems are implemented across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract, select, and retain top hospitality talent for our expanding 5-star property.
• Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for staff relations across our 100+ workforce, driving engagement initiatives, conflict resolution, and employee welfare programs.
• Performance & Talent Management: Implement structured performance appraisal systems, training roadmaps, and career development programs to elevate service standards.
• HR Administration & Compliance: Oversee payroll administration, attendance tracking, leave management, and ensure full compliance with local labor laws and statutory regulations.
• Policy Implementation: Update and enforce employee handbooks, code of conduct, health and safety policies, and disciplinary frameworks.
• HR Analytics & Reporting: Monitor workforce metrics, turnover rates, and labor costs to provide strategic recommendations to executive management.
