Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dynamic, presentable, and people-oriented Hospitality Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining excellent client relations, ensuring smooth office hospitality operations, and creating a welcoming environment for all guests and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain excellent relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Coordinate and support administrative or event-related tasks as required.
Manage hospitality arrangements within the office premises.
Handle communication efficiently—both in person and over the phone.
Ensure the workspace and reception area remain organized and inviting.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Required Age:Less than 24 years

Other Specification

Minimum +2 completed, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in hospitality or customer service.
Fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills.
Presentable, tech-friendly, smart, and witty personality.
Excellent interpersonal and coordination abilities.
Outgoing and people-person attitude.

Note:

Working Hours: 9:30 am to 5:30 pm
Candidates should reside within 15 km of Dillibazar to ensure ease of commuting.
