Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining excellent client relations, ensuring smooth office hospitality operations, and creating a welcoming environment for all guests and stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and support administrative or event-related tasks as required.
  • Manage hospitality arrangements within the office premises.
  • Handle communication efficiently—both in person and over the phone.
  • Ensure the workspace and reception area remain organized and inviting.
