Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Hospitality Outlet Manager for Mulkot, SIndhuli & Kurintar, Chitwan at E Stop Nepal Pvt. Ltd. As a Station Manager at E Stop Nepal Pvt. Ltd, your primary role will be to oversee the efficient operations of both the restaurant outlet and the EV charging station.

Restaurant Operations

  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, promptly addressing customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Staff Management: Train, and manage restaurant staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control food and beverage inventory to minimize waste and maintain profitability.
  • Menu Development: Assist in developing and updating the restaurant menu to meet customer preferences and market trends.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the quality and consistency of food and beverage products.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and hygienic work environment, complying with all relevant health and safety regulations.

EV Charging Station Operations 

  • Station Management: Oversee the daily operations of the EV charging station, ensuring its smooth functioning.
  • Customer Support: Assist customers with the charging station, providing guidance and troubleshooting support.
  • Maintenance: Coordinate maintenance and repairs of the charging equipment.
  • Billing and Payments: Handle billing and payment processes for EV charging services.
  • Data Management: Collect and analyze data on EV charging usage to identify trends and improve operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in restaurant management or the hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Basic understanding of electric vehicle technology and charging infrastructure
