Job Description

This position is expected to identity new potential clients to increase distribution penetration. This position will also coordinate with different teams to support sales execution. Furthermore, building strong working relationship with on-trades is the key to success in this role.


Duties and Responsibilities

Designated Segments: HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Café)

  • Making product available in on-premises outlets, manage proper sales channel and solve sales and distribution issues in their authorized area.
  • Work as per assigned route and area of company
  • Make product visible in on-premises shelves with proper SKU arrangements
  • Deliver growth and revenue sell-through targets from each outlet
  • Update daily market visit activities in company system
  • Planning and execution for placement of permanent branding material in on premises.
  • Placement of company product in menu by name and signature cocktails of the brand.
  • Facilitate company bartender to required outlet and making arrangement product promotions.
  • Supervise and monitor on ground HoReCa activation and events. 
  • Ensure proper coordination with outlet during events and make sure branding material is properly placed as per directives sent by brand department
  • Analyzing, monitoring and reporting of competitors’ activities and campaigns in their assigned area
  • Collection of grass root data and analyzing them. Review and Reporting: Collect data regarding sales, industry analysis and prepare reports to track various parameters e.g., sales efficiency, sales achievement, competitor analysis etc.
  • Analyze market expansion and ensure proper coverage of the same in terms of product availability and visibility.
  • On-premises analysis by segment and volume
  • Analyze and report business results and trends on a weekly/ monthly basis
  • Monitor social media platform of on-premises outlets in assigned area and ensure product positioning as per company’s protocol.
  • Plan and execute giveaways distribution as per company directives.
