The Executive Search Unit of Merojob, on behalf of its client, is looking a HORECA Business Development Executive. Are you an ambitious sales professional with strong connections in the hospitality industry? Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HORECA channel.
  • Develop and execute market expansion strategies to meet volume targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts (hotels, restaurants, cafés)
  • Lead sales negotiations and close contracts to drive revenue growth.
  • Activate brand visibility and marketing efforts at partner locations market trends, competitive activity, and share actionable insights.
  • Prepare and submit daily call reports and weekly performance updates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute tailored campaigns.
