The Executive Search Unit of Merojob, on behalf of its client, is looking a HORECA Business Development Executive. Are you an ambitious sales professional with strong connections in the hospitality industry? This is your chance to work with a global brand and drive market growth in one of the most dynamic sectors — Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés (HORECA).

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HORECA channel.
Develop and execute market expansion strategies to meet volume targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts (hotels, restaurants, cafés)
Lead sales negotiations and close contracts to drive revenue growth.
Activate brand visibility and marketing efforts at partner locations market trends, competitive activity, and share actionable insights.
Prepare and submit daily call reports and weekly performance updates.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute tailored campaigns.

Skills:

Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent English communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Analytical mindset and result-driven approach

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
3–5 years in business development or sales, ideally within the HORECA sector.
Existing network and contacts in the hospitality industry is a strong advantage.
Experience in multinational companies or global FMCG brands will be prioritized.
