Reporting Line: ISC Director

Responsibilities:

• People Management: Support the development and implementation of country-level H\&S policies, training, and union agreements while ensuring compliance and promoting a strong safety culture.
• Process Management: Advise and support site leadership on health and safety matters, ensuring legal compliance, conducting risk assessments, and exercising authority to stop unsafe work.
• Performance Management: Manage H\&S data reporting, performance reviews, and budget oversight while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across OPEX and CAPEX projects.
• Functional Specific Management: Conduct regular field inspections, coaching sessions, and safety observations on-site to ensure operational alignment with H\&S standards. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of ISO certifications. Collaborate with local management to liaise with service providers, manage the local H\&S audit plan, and actively participate in cross-audits. Serve as a key member of the Crisis Management and Emergency Response Teams during critical incidents.
