Educational Qualification:

• Masters Degree in Management or Economics from a recognized University at least in second division or CGPA 2.50 out of 4 or professional qualification as CA/ACCA/CFA with membership of concerned institution 

Job Description:

• The ideal candidate requires thorough understanding of Nepalese capital market and its regulations, securities trading process, banking procedures and financial statement analysis. The candidate should be able to lead the in-house research and analysis, manage a team of portfolio and research analysts/associates and gather capital market related information, monitor economic and industry trends,formulate investment strategy and allocate investment properly for Mutual Fund Schemes’ and clients’ funds. Explore new opportunities of business under Corporate Advisory services including Private Equity.

Job Specification :

• At least 5 years work experience in relevant field. Candidates having experience in investment banking activities such as portfolio management services, capital market research, equity/debt valuation, Option valuation, merger-acquisition, mutual funds, corporate advisory and private equity shall be preferred.    
• Age not exceeding 45 years as of January 27,2016
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Nepali
• Sound skills in MS applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
