At Karkhana, we believe children learn science best by questioning, experimenting, making, and reflecting. We work with schools across Nepal to transform science education through hands-on learning experiences, teacher professional development, innovative learning materials, and long-term school partnerships.
As Karkhana grows, so does the complexity of coordinating people, programs, and systems. The Head Teacher Fellow works directly with the Head Teacher to ensure these systems run effectively while also growing into an educational leader.
This is not a typical internship. It is an intensive learning opportunity for someone who wants to understand how an education organization is built, led, and continuously improved.
