About the Role

• We are looking for a competent Head of Programme Delivery to lead delivery of all projects and awards implemented by Practical Action in Nepal, including management of sul-awards to partners. The post holder will play a leadership role within the RMT
• S/he shall ensure effective and high quality delivery of all projects and awards, ensure gender, knowledge management, communications and technology approaches are integrated within projects, oversee high quality reports, safety and security across Practical Action’s operations in South Asia
• S/he should ensure project and award management processes, tools and systems that are consistently applied across Practical Action’s delivery processes while ensuring government compliance

About you

• You are experienced in ensuring high standard of analysis, synthesis and lesson learning
• You will foster learning within projects/awards and share learning/knowledge with Thematic Leads and business development to inspire and influence relevant stakeholders and improve future proposals
• You are confident in building relationships with government, donors, partners and multilateral agencies coupled with excellent networking and communications skills
