Position Overview: The Head of Project Sales will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for Brilliant, Nepal's fastest growing electricals brand. This position focuses on developing and managing relationships with key clients, overseeing the sales process for projects, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. The Head of Project Sales is responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Target Achievement:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive sales strategies.
  • Regularly monitor sales performance and take corrective actions to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

Project Sales and Business Development

  • Identify and engage with potential clients, including architects, contractors, developers, and other stakeholders, to generate new project opportunities.
  • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate sales contracts to secure project sales.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to foster customer loyalty and drive repeat business.

Project Management:

  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as engineering, operations, and logistics, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely delivery, quality control, and customer satisfaction.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies in LED lighting.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify key differentiators and develop strategies to position the company effectively in the market.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for product enhancements and new product development based on customer feedback and market research.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project progress in the company's CRM system.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer requirements, and potential areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the lighting industry or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of LED lighting products, applications, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and build relationships with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Project management skills, including the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and identify business opportunities.
