Reports to: Head of People Strategy

Work Location: Nepal

Work Station: Head Office, Sanepa

Role Summary

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive performance management framework 
  • Lead initiatives to enhance performance evaluation processes for both Nepal and global teams
  • Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and managers
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the performance management system aligned with the organization's objectives and values.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define performance goals, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the organization.

Framework Design and Implementation:

  • Design and implement a robust performance management framework, including goal setting, performance appraisal, feedback mechanisms, and performance improvement plans.
  • Ensure alignment between individual performance goals and organizational objectives.
  • Utilize technology and software solutions to streamline performance management processes and enhance efficiency.

Process Optimization:

  • Continuously review and refine performance management processes to ensure fairness, transparency, and effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and digitize performance management tasks to reduce administrative burden and improve accuracy.
  • Train managers and employees on performance management best practices and ensure consistent implementation across the organization.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide visibility into organizational performance and individual contributions.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in performance management practices.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with HR business partners, department heads, and senior leadership to ensure alignment between performance management and talent management strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues, including goal setting, performance feedback, and career development.
