Job Description

The incumbent is responsible to develop and successfully execute annual Marketing and Sales Plan in line with annual plan in terms of growth and profit
Develops and manages the annual Sales Plan. Provides and meets a 3-months sales forecast on a monthly basis
Manages the members of the Marketing Team and continuously monitors individual- and team-performance. Initiates additional and/or corrective action to ensure meeting or over-achieving the monthly and annual sales-targets and meeting the expense targets
Manages, trains, coaches and motivates the Marketing Team
The Head of Marketing is an active member of the Senior Management Team and fosters close cooperation with peers and all departments
