Duties & Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the overall business objectives of the clients.
  • Overseeing the digital marketing team, including hiring and training personnel, setting performance goals, and ensuring the team's efficiency and productivity.
  • Creating and managing the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across various channels such as social media, search engine marketing, email marketing, content marketing, etc.
  • Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across different platforms to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, generate leads, and achieve conversion goals.
  • Collaborating with the content team to develop compelling and relevant content for various digital channels, ensuring that the content aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Overseeing search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to improve organic rankings and managing search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to drive paid traffic and conversions.
  • Developing and implementing social media strategies to engage with the target audience, increase followership, and foster brand loyalty.
  • Overseeing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and promote products or services effectively.
  • Monitoring and analyzing the performance of various digital marketing initiatives using data analytics tools. Preparing regular reports on key metrics and presenting the findings to the management team.
  • Managing digital advertising efforts, including display advertising, pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, and other forms of online advertising.
  • Identifying areas for improvement in the digital marketing funnel and implementing strategies to optimize conversion rates.
  • Ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation across all digital channels and maintaining brand reputation.
  • Collaborating with external partners, agencies, and vendors to execute marketing campaigns effectively.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum work experience of 5 years as a digital marketing specialist
  • Significant experience in digital marketing roles, including managing campaigns, analyzing data, and leading marketing teams.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Certifications from platforms like Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant certifications is preferred.
