Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Set up, manage, and operate insurance vertical in the organization
Formulate business targets related to insurance
Coordinate with Life and Non Life Insurances for Product Design, Agency Management, and Digitization of Insurance business
Formulate strategies for increasing sales, provide feedback and develop marketing campaigns
Lead the Insurance Sales team in the organization
Drive the sales force with target-based KPIs and ensure achievement of the same
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for technical integration of Insurances in the organization’s system and vice versa
Coordinate with regulatory bodies and ensure that compliance is being met

Note: Experience: 5 years in Insurance Business (preferably Life insurance)
