Head of Department: Academics 

The HOD: Academic of Espot International Education Consultancy is responsible for overseeing the academic operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality education services for IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, SAT, GRE, GMAT and other preparation classes. This leadership role involves curriculum development, teacher management, student support, and strategic planning to enhance the educational outcomes and reputation of Espot International.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Highly efficient to take the IELTS, PTE, SAT, GRE, GMAT or any classes.
• Develop and continuously update curriculum and study materials.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of qualified instructors. 
• Monitor student progress and performance through regular assessments and feedback. 
• Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high teaching standards. 
• Prepare regular reports on academic performance and operational efficiency. 
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the sustainability of academic programs. 
• Oversee the scheduling and administration of classes and exams. 
• Communication and Stakeholder Management. 
• Act as a liaison between students, parents, instructors, and management. 
• Address and resolve any academic or operational issues promptly. 
• Represent the consultancy at educational fairs, seminars, and other events. 

Qualifications: 

• Education: Master’s degree in Education, English, or a related field. 
• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an educational leadership role. 
• Proven experience in teaching or managing IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, SAT, GRE, or GMAT preparation classes. 
• Experience in curriculum development and educational planning.
