This position will be responsible for delivering Bank’s Insurance revenue targets with immense thrust in business generation and good leadership & management qualities.
Job Purpose:
- The incumbent will be responsible for delivering insurance revenue targets through multiple branch operations, drive B2B Business generation, ensure highest standards of quality of business, drive overall strategic and tactical sales and marketing plan.
- S/he shall drive innovation; manage and lead the team with a thrust for business generation.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the Sales Team
- Coaching and performance monitoring of the Sales Team
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Work closely with Bank’s Branch Networks to generate potential leads and business.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Master’s degree in any Business related field, with a minimum of 2 Years experience in related sales and business development. Preference will be given to those with Life Insurance background.
- Strong leadership and strategic skills with professional maturity and strategic thinking and Business acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal skills as well as written and oral communication skills.
- Self-driven, independent minded and goal-oriented.
- Must possess a 2-wheeler (Motorbike or Scooter) and valid license.
