Job Summary

Responsible to drive Agency Channel through branches and other point of sales. Working
closely with branches to onboard quality agents and motivate them to bring in business.
Conducting Trainings and Awareness Sessions. Should play the role to train other staff of the
company so that they can provide quality trainings to Agents. Enhancing Agents’ activation rate
by way of various engagement activities.

Requirements:

Strong leadership, motivational and strategic skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Decision Making
Performance Management
Minimum of 5 years of Experience in Life Insurance Company or has worked as Agency Manager for more than 5 years
