Job Summary
Ensure smooth running of computer system. Install, configure PCs, associated peripherals and softwares. Diagnose hardware / software faults and solve technical applications problems and troubleshoot.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth functioning of computer system. Monitor and maintain computer system and network. Provide overall hardware & networking support to all PCs and laptops.
- Manage the usage, maintenance, support and upgrade of PC, hardware, operating system, software and printers.
- Recommend and schedule repairs. Perform minor repairs
- Identify, record, investigate and solve IT problems and respond to client’s requests effectively and efficiently. Support, monitor, test and troubleshoot hardware and networking problem.
- Coordinate with Co-workers and seniors to solve cases if required.
- Work in accordance with work procedure requirement such completing the necessary documentation, management reporting, sharing the required information etc.
- Provide any sort of IT assistance to the company / client in case of need. Be ready at all time to provide emergency support service.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor / senior managers.
