• Ensure smooth functioning of computer system
• Monitor and maintain computer system and network
• Provide overall hardware & networking support to all PCs and laptops
• Manage the usage, maintenance, support and upgrade of PC, hardware, operating system, software and printers.
• Recommend and schedule repairs. Perform minor repairs
• Identify, record, investigate and solve IT problems and respond to client’s requests effectively and efficiently. Support, monitor, test and troubleshoot hardware and networking problem
• Coordinate with Co-workers and seniors to solve cases if required
• Work in accordance with work procedure requirement such completing the necessary documentation, management reporting, sharing the required information etc. 
• Provide any sort of IT assistance to the company / client in case of need. Be ready at all time to provide emergency support service
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor / senior managers
