Bagaichā is seeking a dedicated and experienced Guest Relations Manager to oversee all aspects of guest satisfaction and relationship management. As the Guest Relations Manager, you will be responsible for creating a positive and memorable dining experience for our guests. Your primary duties will include:

Welcoming and greeting guests upon their arrival
Anticipating and addressing guests' needs and preferences
Resolving any guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
Developing and implementing guest service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
Training and supervising front-of-house staff on guest service protocols
Collecting and analyzing guest feedback to identify areas for improvement
Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
Maintaining guest records and databases for future reference
Monitoring guest reviews and online reputation management
Organizing special events or promotions to enhance guest engagement

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 4 years

Other Specification

Experience : Minimum 4 Years in Hospitality preferably in a luxury hotel
Qualifications : Graduate in Hotel Management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
