Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relation Officer at Shambaling Boutique Hotel in Kathmandu. The Guest Relation Officer will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, handling guest inquiries and requests, managing reservations, and maintaining guest relations. The role involves actively engaging with guests to provide personalized services and create a welcoming atmosphere.
