Guest Experience and Property Coordinator

Karwaan is a boutique bed and breakfast in Kathmandu that welcomes both short-term travelers and long-term residents. Our focus is on creating a comfortable, friendly, and well-managed environment where guests feel at home during their stay. We are looking for a responsible and organized individual to help manage daily operations and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Check-In & Check-Out

• Welcome guests and manage the check-in and check-out process.
• Confirm reservations and assign rooms.
• Provide guests with basic information about the property and their stay.

Guest Relations

• Serve as the main point of contact for guests during their stay.
• Respond to guest requests and provide assistance when needed.
• Help guests with general information about the area, transportation, or services.

Property Oversight

• Ensure rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Monitor the property and report maintenance issues when they arise.
• Coordinate with housekeeping or maintenance staff when necessary.

Breakfast Coordination

• Manage guest breakfast inquiries and orders.
• Coordinate with the kitchen or service staff to ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the breakfast area.

General Operations

• Assist with daily operational tasks related to running the property.
• Maintain basic records related to guests, rooms, and bookings.
• Support the management team in maintaining service standards.
