GTE/Document Officer – Australia - 1
Admission/Document Officer – New Zealand/Canada - 2
Admission/Document Officer – South Korea - 1
Documentation Officer (Europe) -1

Key Responsibilities:

Manage student admissions and documentation processes for the assigned country.
Review, verify, and assess academic, financial, and supporting documents.
Evaluate students’ Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) statements and ensure compliance with immigration regulations.
Guide students through the admission and visa application process, coordinating with counselors and partner institutions.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM/system and provide timely updates to clients.
Stay updated on country-specific admission requirements, visa policies, and immigration guidelines.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through professional communication and prompt follow-ups.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Education, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in education consultancy, admission, or documentation roles.
Knowledge of admission and visa procedures for Australia / New Zealand / Canada / South Korea.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
