Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

This role requires proficiency in both static design and motion graphics for digital platforms, as well as supporting ATL, BTL, and print requirements when needed. You’ll be responsible for producing social content, animated assets, brand stories, and visual materials for day-to-day, campaigns, events, and offline activations. Collaboration with the creative and client service team is essential to ensure strong, cohesive outputs across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

Create static designs for social media, ads, brochures, posters, packaging, and brand collaterals.
Develop layouts, product posts, campaign visuals, thumbnails, and print-ready assets.
Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials.

Motion Graphics

Design and animate elements such as logo reveals, transitions, titles, and kinetic typography.
Create motion graphics for reels, ads, explainers, and brand storytelling.
Prepare storyboards, animation assets, and visual elements required for smooth production.
Support video editors with graphic overlays and motion elements when required.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Diploma Certificate

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Design, or a related field (preferred).
At least 2 years of experience in graphic and motion design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or similar tools like DaVinchi Resolve.
Strong understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and animation basics.
Ability to manage multiple projects, handle deadlines, and deliver high-quality work.
Basic understanding of video editing, sound design, and storytelling is a plus.
